• Local playback, local song history, downloads or exports where available, and sharing features you choose to use

3. User Responsibilities

When using our service, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Submit only messages, lyrics, voice recordings, names, and other content that you have the right and consent to use
• Not record, upload, clone, imitate, or submit another person's voice without their knowledge and permission
• Respect intellectual property, publicity, privacy, and other rights of third parties
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, hack, or circumvent the service or usage limits

4. Subscription Plans and Fair Usage Policy

We may offer free usage, subscriptions, credits, or paid plans through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed by Apple or Google. To ensure fair access and prevent abuse:

Generated songs and song history are saved locally on your device after generation unless you choose to download, export, share, or delete them. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind:
